If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You have [1] calendar days to log your complain and don't need to return the bouquet from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a refund, your bouquet must be proof with photo that the bouquet is not fresh and is not the bouquet you order. 

Your bouquet needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will immediately investigate the complain according the reason on your reason such as bouquet is not fresh, the bouquet is not the design you order.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a 100% refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will not need to return the bouquet.
